Moitrisanjog Society, Cooch Behar, organised a residential workshop bringing together LGBTQ+ community members, youth leaders, and allies for learning, reflection, and collective empowerment.

The workshop focused on leadership development, education, mental health, LGBTQ+ rights, and advocacy. Through discussions, role-plays, creative activities, and group reflections, participants explored identity, inclusion, stigma, resilience, and community leadership.
